Features

  • workpiece carrier is lifted on one belt side by rocker movement of the route and lowered again at the end of the rocker belt
  • change of direction by 90° per corner
  • cost-efficient alternative to a shift at complete implementation of all functions
  • saves two electrical drives as compared to the shift

Function

  • to move the workpiece carrier to a secondary route, the rocker belt is placed above the secondary route and stops the workpiece carrier.
  • if the sensor recognises a workpiece carrier at the stopper, the rocker belt will be lowered on this side to put down the workpiece carrier onto the secondary route.
