    Compact and strong
We developed profiLINE 200 for connecting the best characteristics of a linea axis with the advantages of a precision slide. High strokes, high precision and high load are only some of these advantages. Here we integrated the perfected type and well known IEF modular style.

Features:
Drawn aluminium extruded section with inner profile guides Integrated or external assembled inductive limit switches in the profile, routed to a common connector Spindle drive Direct motor assembly at the spindles or assembled through a belt gear Simple assembly by virtue of clamping technology Cross mounting or assembly of actuators by adjustable pin system.

Advantages:
High load capacity Guiding profile is protected against external forces High rigidity during operation Cost effective and efficient mounting of multiple axes handling systems

  • Stroke: 25 - 1500 mm
  • Maximum slide load: 5000 N
  • Maximum axial charge: 5000 N
  • Maximum run-off accuracy 40 µm/ 500 mm
  • Max. speed: 1,25 m/s
  • Repeatability accuracy: +/- 3 µm
